Common Questions
Where do I find the dashboard in my portal?
Log in to your ChurchBiz client portal and open the Metrics tab. That is where your charts and year-over-year trend lines live. The visuals are interactive there and they are also included in your monthly PDF reports.
Does the portal dashboard cost extra?
No. The Metrics tab and the visuals included in your reports are part of what you already pay for as a ChurchBiz client. If you want help getting more out of it, contact your CSR or reach out to us and we will walk through it with you.
What is the difference between the portal dashboard and a custom dashboard?
The portal dashboard gives you standard charts and trend lines for giving, expenses, and net income, viewed inside the portal. A custom dashboard is built around your specific metrics, uses your church's language and branding, and lives on a live web page you can share with your board, staff, or congregation.
Custom dashboards can also include ministry health data such as attendance and engagement, not just financial data.
